Make a return, exchange or reclaim

To register a return, exchange or reclaim, please fill in your order number together with the email you used to make that order in the portal below. After registering your errand successfully, you should receive an email with a receipt and label (for returns).


Note that reclaims (product issues) are manually checked so please expect an email from us.

Returns & exchanges policy

You can return your unused and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving of your items.


Please note that returns are only free if you opt for Store Credit instead of a refund. Otherwise the return label cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

1. Items must be in their original and re-sellable condition (with tags attached), unused (except for trying them on of course), unwashed and stain free


2. Free gifts, and gift cards are not returnable


3. Original shipping, customs and import charges are non-refundable

Non EU/UK returns

Most NON EU returns will need to include commercial invoices on the return package. Please note, that original shipping costs are non refundable and returns are not free. Please see Return shipping charges.

For Norway returns, no commercial invoices are needed so please register your return through the portal. Once registered, you will receive your shipping label and instructions to your email directly. Please check your spam folder in case it landed there.

For UK, Switzerland, Australia, USA and Singapore you will need commercial invoices, so please register your return through the portal. Once registered, you will receive your shipping label and instructions to your email directly. Please check your spam folder in case it landed there.
